Who can join?
Restaurant owners can apply to the owners’ community. Hospitality workers can create their own free professional profile without an invitation. The two areas have different access: the shared wall and owner messages are for approved restaurant owners.
Is it free?
Yes. Owner community membership and worker profiles are free. No payment card or booking subscription is required, and joining does not start a booking trial.
How are restaurant owners approved?
Owners apply with their contact details, restaurant name and address, legal company details, a tax or company registration number, and a restaurant website or public listing. We review company details and ownership before approving community access.
Can workers join without an employer’s invitation?
Yes. Create your profile with your name, email address and a password. You can add your roles, skills, languages and availability straight away. Work experience is verified separately through a restaurant invitation that you accept.
Who can see a worker’s profile?
You choose whether approved restaurant owners can discover your profile. This setting is off when you join. Marking yourself open to work is a separate choice.
How do references and colleague voting work?
Restaurants can leave named professional references linked to confirmed work experience. Workers can read, respond to or dispute a reference. When a restaurant owner opens a seasonal or yearly voting round, verified colleagues can vote privately to recognise their team.
Who can see the owners’ conversations?
The shared wall and its comments are visible to approved community members. Private messages are between the owners in that conversation. Worker profiles do not give access to the owners’ wall or messages.
